There are three types of ICMM membership:

Full Membership
For museums

Affiliate Membership
For Non-Governmental Organisations, research institutes, governmental organisations, and private companies with links to the world of museums and specifically maritime heritage. It is a broad membership category that is open to any organisation that wishes to support ICMM and keep up-to-date with what goes on in the world of maritime museums.

Associate Membership
For individuals involved in maritime heritage

Fees

Fees for Full members are on a sliding scale based on a museum’s annual turnover. That way it’s fair for everyone, and smaller museums can still enjoy the benefits of ICMM membership. Fees for Affiliate and Associate members are fixed. See fee table below:
